Yep! It was me!

This surely is a cosplay with a lot of effort in it, but there is still a lot of room to improve.
The color of the wig needs to be lighter. Nui's has light blonde hair.
The boots should not have any shoelaces as Nui's boots don't have any.
Also the frills of the dress should look more like the original character.
The frills on the parasol should be in semi-circles other than laces.
The color tone of the whole cosplay (caress, boots, parasol) should be strawberry-milky pink. The tone right now is in fluorescent pink.
I hope to see a more accurate cosplay in the future. Cheers!
